The RIU Hotel - Times Square stands at the corner of 8th Avenue and West 46th Street. The 31-story building is a mixed use structure containing 641 hotel rooms, 8 townhouse units, and 12 housing preservation and development (HPD) units. Calderón Architecture & Design collaborated on the project.
