This project was designed to serve the needs of the New York Hotel and Motel Trades Council’s union membership; collaboration between executive management, individual healthcare departments, and end users was critical to realization of this project. Conveniently located at the west end of Harlem on 125th Street, this designated community-use-facility defines the western gateway to one of New York’s iconic neighborhoods.
